Homework for the Weekend
*****Science Olympiad*****- Meeting Saturday from 10 am-4 pm. Bring all events, materials, permission slips, etc. to the meeting as well as some money for lunch and/or the money you owe for lunch last Saturday.
English Natural Connections (Elliot)- Work on your debate! There is a quiz on Monday on which you must know the debate vocabulary (proposition, status quo, etc.), as well as the order of the speakers and the main points in your debate. Also, know what proposition your opponent is debating. Debates start Tuesday.*
*Admins, I am not sure if the debates start Tuesday. (Good question. It's either Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday. -KB)
Spanish (McDermott)- The group presentations starts Wednesday. Using the vocab on pages 125 and 126 of the text, you must teach the vocab to the class, as well as form review and quizzing methods. There is a quiz on Monday on Por vs. Para and on Luis Vigilante.
German- For those of us who failed miserably (the majority of the class), retake the quiz on Monday during the class period. Remember, no bonuses, but you are expected to know everything else.
Math (Glasheen/Albinson)- No written homework. Daily quizzes have started so know your stuff!
AP World (Chase)- Exam on Chapters 9 and 10 is on Tuesday; beware! (or study...)
Gold: Take home quiz due on Monday. Comparitive essay is coming up this week.
Biology (Guarascio)- If you did not complete the practice ditto for protein synthesis in class, then it is homework due Monday. The test on chapter 12 is on Wednesday (2/8) and extra help is Tuesday (2/7) during lunch.
Note: For Period 4/5, Dry Lab 3 assigned in class MUST be completed as homework over the weekend even if you have a note stating that you are exempt from homework. This is a lab and/or classwork, therefore you have to complete it either way.
Wasz- None
